Reservation Policy
- Off-Season Discount – Stay six (6) nights get one (1) night FREE (applies to camping rates only)
- We reserve the right to assign campsites and we will consider your area preference, yet we cannot guarantee any specific site
- For your convenience, we accept reservations
- A reservation deposit of $75 is required to secure a site
- A minimum of three (3) days is required for holiday weekends
- A seven (7) day stay is required for the week of the 4th of July
- Reservations are for arrival dates only
- Cancellations requesting a refund of deposit are subject to a $25 service charge for administrative fees
- Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to arrival forfeit the $75 reservation deposit
- No minors without a parent or guardian
- Daily Rates are subject to change without notice
- Rates do not include South Carolina taxes
- Rates are typically for a family of four (4) traveling in one (1) vehicle with one (1) camping unit per site
- Maximum of two (2) vehicles per site
- Pets are welcome but must be verified for access and permission from the main office first. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets, and do not leave them unattended.
- AAA, AARP, Good Sam, and Military Discounts are available off-season only, and are not valid with any other discount
- Guests will receive special discounts for the Pier
